Requesting Support
Updated
If you need help, select the Help button from the sidebar. This opens the Tickets page, where you can view all your existing support requests, company-generated tickets, and access available resources.
How to Get Support
On the Tickets page, click Get Support in the top-right corner. You’ll see several options:
- Review Help Articles to find answers to common questions or known issues.
- For assignment or report-specific questions, open the related assignment and add an urgent note directly there — see Notes.
- For technical issues, profile updates, or feature suggestions, use the message box to describe your request or idea.
Messages submitted through this system automatically include your account details, helping our team provide faster, more personalized support.
After You Submit a Request
Once you send your request, you’ll see responses on the Tickets page. For convenience, replies will also be sent to your registered email address.
Please note that new submissions or updates may take a few minutes to appear in the system.
Why support is in writing
Support runs through tickets and email rather than over the phone. The data involved — payment details, order records — is confidential, so working in writing lets us verify who we are talking to and pull in whichever team is needed without keeping you waiting on a call.
Tell us what you need in a ticket and we will take it from there.
Orders completed on another platform
Dwelling Blocks is a separate system and company from other appraisal platforms. If work was ordered and completed somewhere else, we have no record of it and cannot look it up — the platform your company used for those orders is the one to contact.
